CVSS v3.1 |
| The dormakaba registration units 9002 (PIN Pad Units) have an exposed UART header on the backside. The PIN pad is sending every button press to the UART interface. An attacker can use the interface to exfiltrate PINs. As the devices are explicitly built as Plug-and-Play to be easily replaced, an attacker is easily able to remove the device, install a hardware implant which connects to the UART and exfiltrates the data exposed via UART to another system (e.g. via WiFi). |

jfs: upper bound check of tree index in dbAllocAG
When computing the tree index in dbAllocAG, we never check if we are
out of bounds realative to the size of the stree.
This could happen in a scenario where the filesystem metadata are
corrupted. |

The bug occurs when the dbAllocDmapLev()function attempts to access
dp->tree.stree[leafidx + LEAFIND] while the leafidx value is negative.
To rectify this, the patch introduces a safeguard within the
dbAllocDmapLev() function. A check has been added to verify if leafidx is
negative. If it is, the function immediately returns an I/O error, preventing
any further execution that could potentially cause harm.
Tested via syzbot. |
| Improper Validation of Array Index (CWE-129) exists in Metricbeat can allow an attacker to cause a Denial of Service through Input Data Manipulation (CAPEC-153) via specially crafted, malformed payloads sent to the Graphite server metricset or Zookeeper server metricset. Additionally, Improper Input Validation (CWE-20) exists in the Prometheus helper module that can allow an attacker to cause a Denial of Service through Input Data Manipulation (CAPEC-153) via specially crafted, malformed metric data. |
| FreeRDP is a free implementation of the Remote Desktop Protocol. Prior to 3.20.1, the URBDRC client does not perform bounds checking on server‑supplied MSUSB_INTERFACE_DESCRIPTOR values and uses them as indices in libusb_udev_complete_msconfig_setup, causing an out‑of‑bounds read. This vulnerability is fixed in 3.20.1. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
KVM: x86: use array_index_nospec with indices that come from guest
min and dest_id are guest-controlled indices. Using array_index_nospec()
after the bounds checks clamps these values to mitigate speculative execution
side-channels. |
| Improper Validation of Array Index (CWE-129) in Packetbeat’s MongoDB protocol parser can allow an attacker to cause Overflow Buffers (CAPEC-100) through specially crafted network traffic. This requires an attacker to send a malformed payload to a monitored network interface where MongoDB protocol parsing is enabled. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
ACPICA: Add AML_NO_OPERAND_RESOLVE flag to Timer
ACPICA commit 90310989a0790032f5a0140741ff09b545af4bc5
According to the ACPI specification 19.6.134, no argument is required to be passed for ASL Timer instruction. For taking care of no argument, AML_NO_OPERAND_RESOLVE flag is added to ASL Timer instruction opcode.
When ASL timer instruction interpreted by ACPI interpreter, getting error. After adding AML_NO_OPERAND_RESOLVE flag to ASL Timer instruction opcode, issue is not observed.

| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
net/mlx5: Collect command failures data only for known commands
DEVX can issue a general command, which is not used by mlx5 driver.
In case such command is failed, mlx5 is trying to collect the failure
data, However, mlx5 doesn't create a storage for this command, since
mlx5 doesn't use it. This lead to array-index-out-of-bounds error.
Fix it by checking whether the command is known before collecting the
failure data. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
drm/amd/display: Fix array-index-out-of-bounds in dml2/FCLKChangeSupport
[Why]
Potential out of bounds access in dml2_calculate_rq_and_dlg_params()
because the value of out_lowest_state_idx used as an index for FCLKChangeSupport
array can be greater than 1.
[How]
Currently dml2 core specifies identical values for all FCLKChangeSupport
elements. Always use index 0 in the condition to avoid out of bounds access. |

| The free5GC UPF suffers from a lack of bounds checking on the SEID when processing PFCP Session Deletion Requests. An unauthenticated remote attacker can send a request with a very large SEID (e.g., 0xFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF) that causes an integer conversion/underflow in LocalNode.DeleteSess() / LocalNode.Sess() when a uint64 SEID is converted to int and used in index arithmetic. This leads to a negative index into n.sess and a Go runtime panic, resulting in a denial of service (UPF crash). The issue has been reproduced on free5GC v4.1.0 with crashes observed in the session lookup/deletion path in internal/pfcp/node.go; other versions may also be affected. No authentication is required. |

| FontForge SFD File Parsing Improper Validation of Array Index Remote Code Execution Vulnerability. This vulnerability allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code on affected installations of FontForge. User interaction is required to exploit this vulnerability in that the target must visit a malicious page or open a malicious file.
The specific flaw exists within the parsing of SFD files. The issue results from the lack of proper validation of user-supplied data, which can result in a write past the end of an allocated array. An attacker can leverage this vulnerability to execute code in the context of the current user. Was ZDI-CAN-28563. |

MIPS: Loongson64: DTS: Really fix PCIe port nodes for ls7a
Fix the dtc warnings:

arch/mips/boot/dts/loongson/loongson64g_4core_ls7a.dtb: Warning (interrupt_map): Failed prerequisite 'interrupt_provider'
And a runtime warning introduced in commit 045b14ca5c36 ("of: WARN on
deprecated #address-cells/#size-cells handling"):
WARNING: CPU: 0 PID: 1 at drivers/of/base.c:106 of_bus_n_addr_cells+0x9c/0xe0
Missing '#address-cells' in /bus@10000000/pci@1a000000/pci_bridge@9,0
The fix is similar to commit d89a415ff8d5 ("MIPS: Loongson64: DTS: Fix PCIe
port nodes for ls7a"), which has fixed the issue for ls2k (despite its
subject mentions ls7a). |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
drm/dp_mst: Fix MST sideband message body length check
Fix the MST sideband message body length check, which must be at least 1
byte accounting for the message body CRC (aka message data CRC) at the
end of the message.
This fixes a case where an MST branch device returns a header with a
correct header CRC (indicating a correctly received body length), with
the body length being incorrectly set to 0. This will later lead to a
memory corruption in drm_dp_sideband_append_payload() and the following
errors in dmesg:
